CD Player Problem...HELP PLEASE!!!

I have a 2003 Stratus SE that the CD player recognizes a CD in the player but their isn't one. I tried taking the fuse out and resetting it but that didn't work. Anyone ever have this problem? How do you fix it? I have a feeling I'll be taking it in to get it fixed under warranty, I just didn't know if there was a quick fix or not... Thanks!

I have an 01, and I'm getting an "Err" when I put in, or change CD's. I wold HIGHLY recomend bringing it in. They will end up installing a new one for ya. See if you can keep the broken one.....maybe someone will give ya something for it on Ebay.
