i own a 91 integra GS, my problem is whenever i rip my car in all gears, i leave a giant cloud of smoke behind, like cheech and chong. some say it may be my piston rings, my head gasket, or my valve seals. i dont know who to believe....other than that my cars fine. maybe i should juss do a swap instead, what do you think?

i would take your car to your dealer to get a compression test to get all four cylinders tested to make sure all four have good and equal compression. if they do it sounds to me that your valve seals are bad.

what color is it?

blueish its your valve seals

white its your head gasket

Not to be a kill joy or anything but you might get better response putting this in the Let's Get Technical Forum as opposed to the Wheels/Tires/Suspension Tread. Just a thought
