95 Blazer 4WD Auto...late shifts

Hi...I have a 95 Blazer 4WD Auto trans that is having late shifts from 1-2,2-3 etc. other than that the trans is perfect. I havent seen a detent(throttle valve cable) and I would assume that it doesnt have one. Does anyone have any previous experience with this same type of problem or any ideals?

Hello, I have just changed the fluid/filter...the shift just feels really delayed and hits pretty firmly and I also just bought this vehicle so I dont know the history on it.
