a stock or "touring" spoiler

*and by the time its all done
H22a W/ turbo
then all the turbo goodies

and if i get really bored i will lose the sleeper look and get a body kit but i dont really like many of them for the 4th gens



2 things i need, Money! and Pictures :\ if my life goes as planned this is all very possible and im not just bsing you guys

i noticed towards the end we got a few more 5th gen drivers, so lets add one more!

5gen are tight

Even though I have a 6th gen, I must say that the 5th gen was the best. First half of 5th gen was better than second half IMO. I had a 94. Now I got a 2K.

I know everybody puts in their $0.02 but this is my ranking:

1) 5th gen (first half, then second)
2) 4th gen
3) 6th gen coupe
4) 3rd gen
5) 6th gen sedan (second half, then first)
6) Its hard for me to put 1st and 2nd gen above or below each other because they look so much alike. 2nd gen had a little more power, but the first Accord was the first Accord. Its a ledgend! ;) :D

how in the world did the 3rd gen ever get ahead of the 6th gen? even if it is the sedan]

my rating would be this,

5th gen first half sedan
5th gen second half sedan
5th gen first half coupe
5th gen second half coupe
6th gen coupe coupe
6th gen sedan
4th gen sedan
4th gen coupe
3rd gen sedan

Hey now...some of us actually like the 3rd gen :p . Sure the A20 may not put out much power, but it's still a fun car. I actually don't care too much for the 3rd gen hatches myself, but the coupes and sedans can look damn nice, IMO. All a matter of personal opinion.

I do have my heart set on a 6th gen Accord EX V6 coupe, someday (maybe when they make it in a 5 speed!). Still wouldn't trade the 3rd gen though--I'm too attached to my ever so faithful companion, hehe :)

I made my list based on the overall design and engineering of the Accord as it compared to other family sedans of the time. The 3rd gen is above the 6th gen because it was one of the better looking sedans in the late 80s. And it was a pretty nice end product compared to the dragging, smoking hunks of metal put on the streets in that decade. my dad's 89 held up very nicely after 220,000+ miles on the odometer until it was totaled by some idiot last winter.:(

The 6th gen is nice, but the sedan has those bland taillights with the pink lenses. The design sort of fell farther into the already ridiculous Japanese clone car category.:confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused: :confused:

has anybody come across ANY pics of the 7gen yet? Honda is doin a pretty good job of keepin this thing secret. I havent even seen any FAKE pics yet.

hehe 3rd Gen has it by a bit. They're a fun car and the carba are fun too :jump:

if you look in the new car and driver they have 2 pics of the 7th gen. My mom (works for Honda of America) she says the coupe is better looking, and the 4 door looks somewhat like a focus, the taillamps on the coupe as Car and Driver said look like those of a Benz CL or something. I thought it looked ok.

umm no dude they out run all stock Mustangs, Fords are slow as hell. Thats one of the main reasons i loved my old 86 LX-i so much, it was stock with 175k miles and almost 3k of rust damage, it never lost to any Ford POS.:frog:

While i really like the 4 gen accord i think the 6th gen coupes are the most attractive accords ever made...and the 03 is going to take a lot of getting used to.
