Eagle talon 91 Power loss or whatever.

Hi im new in this business, and i jusr recently bought a Eagle talon 91.
It works fine for casual driving, but when it goes over 5000-6000 rpm
it just suddenly loses all power like taking the foot of the ignition.
Its really annoying and i dont know what's wrong.
You guys have any solutions

You might be hitting fuel cut. Is there any mods done to the engine?
