Completed SAS Nismo 350z

well i finaly finished it, yay.
ok well i still have to get the polish out of the crevices but the build is now 100% complete.
hope you all like it as i realy enjoyed building this kit.

hehe... yeah, kinda suprised me when i first saw that... again, great job... is it just me or do you REALLY like metallic blues?

i just kinda had a mad run on blue models, out of 18 models built since january none have been blue. so i kinda did a few in one go. lol

Good build. I wouldn't have painted the seats with a glossy paint tho...Also, did you polish the wheels too?

I really like this Z. Heck, I like all of the new Zs. Looks even better with the SAS kit on it.

Chris. Superb job. Especially like the lil shine on the rim in your last pic that shows off the chrome. Now get to finishing the R34 and build more blue cars :p

its actualy 99% finished, i just gotta take some photos of it. well remembered!

well i kinda nearly had a nervous breakdown before as my girlfriend announced she "might have spilled some nail varnish on my nismo 350z".

I ran up stairs and saw that indeed she had got it on the hood and the roof, thankfully missing the windscreen!

after using the nailvarnish remover to get rid of it my paint was left very dull :banghead:

so with a photo of a BMW M3 CSL open in EVO magazine next to me i decided to do a carbon roof panel and a carbon hood. after a another disastorus result using decal carbon i ripped it all off and used semi gloss black paint through my airbrush. I think it looks cool as there is now a cool black band running all the way from the hood to the rear screen!

will be taking outdoor photos tomorrow morning for you all.

that probably looks better than the CF anyway. That does suck, only I've had worse, my first mustang had been sprayed black, and had been sitting under the shelf above my desk, I forgot to close the silver and stupid me, went to reach for it next day, and crash right on top the roof, the silver gloobed on the roof and splattered on the rest of the car, but looked pretty cool after done. So i put it together like that.
