would you say a 1993 RX-7 with 60k miles was worth $14,500 and selling my 2000 integra?

I'd still try to talk them down a bit, just cuz no one puts their bottom dollar first, but yea with only 60k thats good, do you know if its 60k on the whole car or a new engine with 60k? cuz if its just the engine I'd be a bit more cautious about it

it seems to be the whole car from what I can tell.

id rather buy an rx8

minus the fact that the rx-8 looks nowhere near as good as the rx-7, especially with the gay 4 door thing... totally pointless in a sports car

its TT. and yeah, I dont want a rx-8 or an rx-7 unless it was turbo
What’s the life expectancy on a on a decently kept TT.

they have a tendency to blow or faulter in some way around 100-120k but thats usually if they are ran hard, if you take good care of it you should get 120k without much trouble, but really you should plan on rebuilding once you get close to 100k just to be safe

yeah. But rebuilds are pretty cheap and easy to get with RX7's these days, because everyon'es needing one. So long as you know that this baby takes a bit more TLC than your old 'teg, especially if you start modifying it, and are willing to spend the extra time and money, you should have a very fun car!

The plan is to keep the teg until I have the money and the price comes down on the 350z. Ran across this deal and I’m thinking about running the RX-7 until I get the 350z, who knows when that will be. I just keep hearing how they have a tendency to not last long. I love the body and the power but im not one to do a lot on the side of repairs myself and don’t really have the money to spend on mods, just maintenance

Well, as long as you do the PREVENTATIVE maintence, then you'll be ok.

well if you say its just till you get the 350z then you should be fine, unless you plan on racking up 40k+ in the next year or two or however long it takes you to get the money, but yea it will work fine as long as you take good care of it, maintain it and you might eventually decide you'd rather have that than the Z, never know
