Right rear turn light out

I figured my fix was going to be quick. On my 99 suburban, the turn signal indicator on the dash started blinking quickly only when signaling a right turn. I figured this ment a bulb was burned out. I replaced all the bulbs and I still have the problem.
The front right turn lights are working (although they do blink fast) but the rear lights do not light. The rear brake/running lights do not work on this side either. The reverse lights are working.
Any help would be Great!
Thanks

the exact same problem is happening to me. i tried replacing/switching bulbs. i have a 1997 LT 1500. replacing the circui board is a little vague of a description on how to fix it. i dont want to take it to the dealer...

The rear circuit board is what the bulbs plug into, then is attached to the rear lens assembly.
Whats wrong with dealers?

The lamps plug into the circuit board. These fail commonly. I had to replace one on my Mom's yukon and I think it cost about $50.00. Pull out the whole assy. You'll see how the circuit is made in. Usually it's burned close to where the circuits intersect. This can be soldered for temp repair, but it probably won't last.

went to the mechanic and dropped it off for routine maintainance. i mentioned the problem and told him there was 20 extra dollars in it if he could fix it. i went off in my other car and came back to find it fixed. he was off duty by the time i came back. he didnt charge me anything for fixing it. but i missed the whole procedure. if i can find out what he did i will post it.
