Bought a new car!

Here is my puppy!
1990 Honda Civic DX
I bought it off a car lot by my work place, i know the guy well so i got a not bad deal on it. In past 4 days my starter went down, so i had to replace it which was such a pain. No engine leaks, everything is clean, just that little starter bug which is gone now. The car has a big K&N air filter, sport suspension (hard to go over bumps), ractive racing mufler which is not too loud but very good, halogen low beam lights, shift knob and plenty more little things that i bought in the past 4 days.
I am happy with it, it's a small fuel efficient car. Drives quick for it's size, but i don't like ripping it!

When the engine is dead, i can turn on the lights and my rear lights light up including the corner ones. Once i start the engine, both of them go out and only headlights work. I really want to fix the rear ones. Anybody knows how?

Nice car. Too bad there's no model kit of it so you can make a replica.

Hmm, well you know what bugs me? When the engine is dead, i can turn on the lights and my rear lights light up including the corner ones. Once i start the engine, both of them go out and only headlights work. I really want to fix the rear ones. Anybody knows how?

thats strange, does the car have an alarm?

I paid 3500$ CAN for it. And nop the car does not have an alarm...I was thinking that that could be the ignition wiring because once i let the power position on the markers and rear lights go out..
