rwd corolla?

i was just reading this article on drift racing and it said that 84-87 corollas are very popular cars to dift race. since drift always have rwd i was sondering if those corollas had rwd. thanks.

a quick search would have have shown this, but I'll help.
Most most common FR(front engine real wheel drive) corolla is the infamous AE86 Sprinter/Trueno/Levin/Corolla. It's more affectionately known as an hachi roku(which means 8 6). It's a fairly light car with a decent weight dist. that is pretty easy to swap in a vicious motor, but doesn't really need it as the GTS version is pretty onery and is easily modded(and I mean real modding, not just this bolt on crap) . The most insane swap I've seen in an 86 is an RB26DETT skyline motor putting 583 ponies to the ground. That thing could lay rubber for days.
