I am looking into buying a datalogger that would work on my palm. Has anyone bought the datalogger off dsmparts. http://www.dsmparts.com/datalogger_2G.htm . Is it any good. And will it work on a non-turbo. I also was looking at the one off of pocketlogger.com.

Are they any others that are under $200???

THANK YOU.

I would question the need for a data logger with no turbo. You can do diagnostic work with this though... I just purchased one for my 1g cheaply off of ebay. There is another 1g on there but it looks like it has been used pretty good. Looks like you've got a 2g. I was told that dsmlink.com is the way to go. You can monitor systems AND tune with this device. Most are just 'loggers' to record info. 95 gsxracer is the only one that replied to my questions in reguard to a datalogger. I'm sure he'll help if he sees this. Good Luck

The dSMlink will only work with the 95 EPROM ECUs in the turbo cars. But the pocketlogger (.com) will work on the NT 2Gs. A guy on the NT forums (todd S) runs pretty damn quick in an all motor lightly modded 2g NT. He does use the pocketlogger to tune his AFC. Might want to join that site if you havent already and search around for some of his posts on it, or from others that have done it. I'm ont sure what the gains are on an NT car.
