i need you guys to answer this question to the best of your knowledge.
does the skidpad mean EVERYTHING about handling? meaning if one car has a better skidpad than the other does that mean for a fact that the other car can't out handle the other car on a track?

All the skidpad shows is the maximum amount of lateral acceleration the car is capable of. This test does not include how driveable the car is at the limit, how well it handles with sudden weight shift, etc. Remember the skidpad is a complete circle, and there are no corners at the track that are going to resemble that. I'm not saying that a car that does well on the skidpad isn't going to do well on the track, because it probably is, it's just not the only way to measure a car's handling prowess.

thank you for telling me that, cause i seem to know someone who believes that the skidpad is what determines whats the best handling car.
i told him there was a lot more to handling then just the skidpad.
isn't that about right.

Yes, the skidpad is only one aspect of handling.
