Help me paint my car

I got a 95 civic EX, time to paint her. it is currently the lite blue almost purple color. I am debating between Black and a white (like the type-r color white) What would be the easiest to paint for a first timer? Also I have a cheap no-name gravidy fed gun, what size nozzles should I get?

I am cleaning out my garage getting ready to paint it over this winter. First thing, What should I use to sand? I have a air powered rotory sander, what grits should I use with it? when should I start hand sanding? what grits should I hand sand with and should I use blocks or those foam blocks?

I have a few small dings, how do I get these out, if I carfully tap them back I doubt it will be perfictly smooth, so what do I use for a filler and how do I use the filler properly?

I just started getting a little bit of surface rust on the left rear wheel well (yup its on honda lol) what is the best way to get rid of this?

After I take care of all the body filling and such, what grits should I use to sand?

Now to primmer what is the best types of primer to use? how many coats? what grit do I use to sand in between?

For paint and clear coat, what type should I get? I want it to last as long as possible and be as shinny as possible, also what do I use for sanding inbetween coats?

After that is all done what should I use to buff it/wet sand it with?

Any other tips?

first of all if you are painting it yourself dont do it in the winter it is way too cold.

the best paint probally would be house of kolor they have many custom colors and a large selection.
