Which is faster and why? Where are they faster at? I heard motorcycles aren't any faster than cars after 100mph and handle like shit.

For the most part you've heard right. A bike will always have better acceleration because of the weight advantage but a car will always be more aerodynamic and be able to achieve higher top speeds. It is a problem because the rider's body acts like a wing producing lift. A car also has much more stability at high speeds and in turns. A car will always have the ability to out handle a bike.

In my opinion cars offer better all-around performance over bikes.

But a friend of mine told me the GSXR1000, ZX12R, and Hayabusa all stock accelerate from a dead stop to 150MPH in only 10 seconds. The worlds fastest car takes about 20 seconds. He said he's never felt any lift or instability at high speeds. Is there anyone here that races cars and motorcycles?

I've got a friend who owns an R1, and I think what polygon was saying about the person producing lift to the bike has some truth behind it. My buddy was telling me that one time he went to max the bike out, and at around 170+ he picked his head up above the face shield and his bike started to shake and wobble and feel very very light, from what he told me, until he dropped back below the shield. Needless to say that scared him shitless, and since then he hasn't attempted anything over 130+. Then again the R1 is about the lightest bike you can buy compared to these others, but i'm sure the rest would act in just the same mannor.
I guess you just really really need to pay attention to what your doing when riding your bike, cause when your going that fast, any little bump on the road could easily send you out of control and into some serious injuries or even worse...
