so im at a highschool football game the other day, and i go in with some friends. we leave and walk to a nearby dunkin donuts, and when i come back there is a white mark on my windshield that my friend points out. he goes "a bird shit on ur car" and i just disregard it. i look over next to me and point out there is a kids car parked next to mine, a kid who me and my friends dont particularly like associating with, as he is constantly an asshole and shooting everyone dirty looks. so anyway, we re-enter the football game. when its over, my bro and i go to my car and leave. while driving i get a better look at the alleged "bird poo" on my windshield. yea. it aint poo. turns out it was human mucus. so im like screw this. i knew it was that bastard next to me at the game. i pulled a U turn and went back in the parking lot. while nobody was around, my brother pissed all over his car and i ripped off the focker's side view mirror. thatll teach him. lol

Very much agreed. Besides, you may know him to be a complete asshole, but unless you saw him spit on your car, you really have no proof other than the fact that you THINK he did it. You can't just say he did it without any proof. My thought is you two need to get over it and work your differences out like people instead of squabbling like kids.

No they're not the "peace on earth" hippy kinda people, they're the ones who have grown up and moved on. I've had all sorts of shit thrown on my truck, does it piss me off HELL YEA IT DOES! Beating someone's ass isn't going to get you anywhere. You said you graduated high school right? Well grow up then. The kids who I graduated with who are still in to fighting b/c someone pissed them off for the stupidist shit are the ones who are still living in the high school world and aren't making shit of there lives.

ill tell you where my evidence is, not that it will change you stance any. he was parked to the right of me. while sitting in the drivers seat and looking at the spit, the bulk of it was a blob, then smeared to the left by the velocity it was traveling at from the RIGHT. so that mean either him, or some random kid, walked in between our cars and spit. now whats more obvious, random kid #1 or asshole with history??

you cant give that reason to the judge in a court, so it wont work. but look at it from the bright side, if you broke that guys windsheild, and earlier he knew he spit on your car, so he know you did it, so he will do something bad to your car, and theres your proof! if he didnt know about that spit, or if he didnt know he spit on your car, he wont suspect its you since you two have never knew each other anyway

jesus christ, you really need to chill out. As a 17yr. old male still in high school, messing up a guys car really hits the spot, but at the same time, the much old, much more experienced forum members are right... it's time to grow up.

first of all im 18. second of all im in college. third of all the kid and i resolved the problem. i understand that he spit on my car and he understands that i broke his mirror off. it is over. this thread started as me venting becuz of what happenned to me, and it turned into everybody criticizing what i did back to the antagonist. im sorry i thought i could speak my mind and posted in the stress release forum. i wont ever do it again. heh

However, a thread that is started is welcome to any logical opinion that can be derived from reading the thread itself, therefore anything we have said or are going to say that has to do with the situation is in no way outrageous (unless it has absolutely nothing to do with the topic). You posted in a forum where opinions run rampant, so dont get all bent out of shape because you dont like what our opinions are.

damn..... this thread is messed up... really messed up.

First, in reply to the guy who said something about the "noobs", c'mon, I'm new to this FORUM, yes, but not when it comes to the real world, nor when it comes to cars. I just wanted to get that off my chest, 'cause it happens quite a bit.

Now, on to this whole "eye for an eye" revenge thing. I'm not a pacifist, but I DO think you should be smart about this. Personally, for the spit thing, pissing on his car would've been quite enough, 'specially on the door handles 'cause you'll know he'll be touching this. Even if it's dried when he comes out, YOU'LL still know (and yes, I HAVE done that before :evillol: ). The mirror was too much, though. You could've just gone to the gas station and cleaned it off, but you cost this guy cash. Not cool. Now say he'd keyed your car, or slashed your tires, or did something REALLY horrible and you KNEW who did it, my advice on this is that you should NOT retaliate in the same place and time. Give it a week or two, let things die down, then go to his house or wherever he parks his car LATE AT NIGHT, where nobody can see you and you know no cops are around. Do your homework. Now do your thing.

An idea, you ask, as to what you could do in retaliation for the REALLY horrible thing? Hmmm...I might be able to oblige, but keep in mind this is just wishful thinking and in no way do I endorse this act or think that you should do it. I would throw a couple of gallons of paint on the car. If you're really pissed, break the window or sunroof and do the same to the interior. If you're really REALLY pissed do the same with gasoline then set it on fire.

Now imagine how YOU'D feel if someone did this to you.
