hello to all AF members and the other member of this fun to learn about your car Thax for this save me a hell of alot money

carbon deposits on spark plugs, the coil pack I keep replacing them my wire to the pack is fine it is a 91 buick park ave non- supercharged and I keep getting this code 41 all the time. what is the problem with this crazy car
