Apexi N1 Silencer?

i have this exhaust for my crx and that thing is loud....so i was just wondering where is the cheapest place to buy the silencer from. Ebay does not have it, and if anyone of you guys bought one, does it really make a difference in sound? i'm tired of having to shift at low RPM's when driving around.

I would just get a different muffler.

nah, i wouldn't, i ended up paying 500 something bucks for the exhaust/installation.
