rebuilding a head performance help

I'm rebuilding my 91 talon n/t head, I want to run a stock eclipse turbo on it. What are some good mods to do whyle I'm doing this? and where can I get the parts from. also how much hp can I get without getting a bigger turbo.

Did you send your head away and are wondering what mods you can do to the block while it is gone? I am kind of confused on the question.

no I did'nt send it away yet. I am just asking because I've never built a head before.what I mean in my ? is should I get an exhaust manifold, Intake manifold,fuel injectors,cams. I only want about 300 hp. I dont even know if I can get that with these mods. So if you can help that would be great.
