Would this price be good?

There's a 1992 Stealth ES with 17" american racing rims with new tires and a wing from an TT on it already. It has cloth interior, power everything, automatic with 90k miles on it. The body is perfect, no rust, the white paint still shines. It's got a few aftermarket parts on it. Most of that is interior such as the 3 new guage pod faces with a indiglo guage face for the cluster. It looks like the body has been taken care of and if the engine is nice, my dad will let me get it. He thinks the selling price of 5890 is too much for a car.

What kind of price would the described car run for?

Blue book tells me about 7 grand.

How much every 6 months should I plan to pay for insurance on an ES. I'm under my parents policy with no tickets, no wrecks, and i'm 17.

The price is fair , the miles are reasonable and 5800 is right in the prime range to sell such a beautiful beast =). You're insurance shouldn't be much , Maybe 125..when I was under my parents , I was only paying 115 for my Vtec - turboed prelude =)

I would say that that is a good price, but if I were you I'm sure you could find a better stealth for that price. Also I own a 91 es and , since I'm not 16 yet I called the insurance under my dad's name( who has a perfect, no wreck driving record) and they said it will be 1200 every 6 months which she said after taxes is a little over 200 a month, and it would be the exacyt same for you probably cause insurance rates dont change till your 18.
