One of the cylinders misfiring

I recently gave my 88 fiero coupe a tune up with new spark plugs and wires. Even before i did this the engine was misfiring on one of the cylinders but afterwards i was still having this problem. If anyone knew how to figure out how to fix this or even to lead me in the general direction to find out how to fix it that would be great thanks.

replace the distributor cap and rotor button

if thats not it. the injector for that cylinder could be stopped up. you could take it to advance auto. they do free computer diagnostics here anyway
