Check your spark plug holes for moisture or oil. Pull plugs check gap and if the ceramic is cracked. Clean plugs with a rag and clean toothbrush. With DENSO plug I have noticed the wire connector side, the little bulb that the wire connects to. It becomes loose over time. NGK's have no problem like that. Check wires for crack or damage. What I do is pull the wire off the plug while the engine is running, hold the boot close to the valve cover. If the boot is bad you will see arc's coming from off the side of the boot or other parts of the wire. With a good boot the arc will come down and around the insulation, never through it. Even this test is not the end all for checking wires. If you still have probs and your due for new wires and plugs just go ahead and change them both. Sometimes these things have internal failures that will drive you crazy

Number one cause is plugs. Use new ones every 10k miles on a turbo car, and gap them properly (.028-.030 for up to ~25 psi). Next is wires. The suggestions above are good, but I make it even simpler. Use ONLY stock or NGK wires. Just trust me on this one, I have seen EVERY other type of wire available cause misfires. I run stockers well into the 11s repeatedly. Magnacores are the 3rd best choice, but I went through 3 bad sets before I gave up. ;) If you still get misfires odds are its a boost leak. See ww.vfaq.com and build the intake leak tester. Even a small boost leak can make you run rich enough to misfire under boost.
