Need help guages wont work?

I just swapped my heads and timed it in accordance to manual, but my car wont idle and i noticed when i turn the key my clock blanks out and i have no rpms or fuel quantity indication when my vehicle is running.

I just swapped my heads and timed it in accordance to manual, but my car wont idle and i noticed when i turn the key my clock blanks out and i have no rpms or fuel quantity indication when my vehicle is running.

Well my car just click now and wont start. I swapped with good battery still same results as above plus no crancking just a click. Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
