Fuel Delivery Problems

I was given this car last week. I drove it home and let it sit for a week. Now it won't start. Engine turns over and will fire if starting fluid is sprayed in the airbox. When cranking, there seems to be no fuel pressure. When I depress the Schrader valve on the fuel rail, no fuel sprays out. I can't find the fuel pump relay to test it. Does anyone know where it is located? It is a 1990.
