What would happen if you were to drive a Nissan Skyline direct from
japan with out it has been legalist?
And can you register it with out it has been legalist?

Actually - I would have thought that driving the car from Japan to the US would be quite a feat in itself. If I recall - there's a little bit of 'Pacific Ocean' in the way :)
