88 CRX with rust

Hey! I just bought a 88' CRX and it has a lot of ruston the wheel wells do you have any idea what I should do about it?

fix it or have a shop fix it.

Kick it, its real fun! Really though, you asked a very general question. The only options you really have if you want to get it fixed are to weld in new metal (good idea) or bondo it, which is really only a temporary fix.
