how much would it cost and what would it take to make a 94 base model rear wheel drive?

All depends on how you go about it. If I was going RWD I would attept to do a custom job with a 6g73, but you could also put a camaro drivetrain in it, which would probably be a lot easyer.

Why do you want to make your base RWD?

massive drifting.....maybe apply a turbo later on to it.......but mainly to drift....and have a different drivetrain then everyone else......so can anyone help me with converting it to a rear-wheel drive?

Are you sure? I've heard it talked about but I didn't think anyone had done it. I guess most people talk about AWD conversions. Anyway, I can't be real helpful but I can tell you you better have REAL deep pockets. From what I remember, the AWD conversion were quoted in the thousands unless you can do alot of custom fabrication yourself. Good luck if you try though.

Yes im sure, there are 3 that I know of. And one more that has a stealth looking shell(nascar style) around a blown V8 and is in the 6's I believe.

There is one for sale on ebay right now.
