You can use the mounts Im sure. I dont know about the ECU or the dizzy. You can use the tranny also and the wiring harness I would think. Do a google search or goto the hybrid forum they can help more.

Ok, First of all you can use your b16 mount kit. If you are using hasport or place racing, you will need to cut out the under-webbing of the hood in order for it to clear the valve cover (B18's and B16B's have a 7mm taller block). Also, you will need to remove the motor mount bracket underneath the cam gears, and swap it out with your b16 bracket.
Shift linkage will work perfect.
trans and clutch will work perfect.
I recommend converting to OBD1 using a chipped P28 ecu programmed for the ITR motor. Contact Jason Koehler @ [email protected] for the conversion harness and chipped ecu...awesome product and customer service.
If you wanted, you could continue to run your non-OBD setup. You could get your non-OBD PW0 ecu chipped for the ITR motor. Then you'd be able to use your b16 distributor and injectors and wire harness. You just have splice in the plug for the ECT switch. You really want to run OBD 1 tho. It runs wayyy better. First of all it uses a heated 4 wire O2, instead of 1/2 single wire O2 sensor(s). The single wire O2 sensors are notorious for partial throttle hesitation. Anways...hope some of that helped. ask me any more questions, cuz i just got done w/ doing something similar. :smokin:
