Turbo tuning question

if i get my turbo in my car ill buy the hondata instead of an FMU..good choice right?? The hondata is what is needed to tune the car isnt it?HOw does it work and who does the tuning on it??WHat exactly does hondata dO? Is it involved in raising the red line limit to?

i pretty sure that it is a piggyback ecu system that allows more fule for that added air from the turbo and it modifys the cars requirments for fuel and spark to optimise its preformance.

ok the hondata is not actually a piggy back, well it kinda is. the s200 "the one you want" is attached to a specially chipped honda ecu, "by hondata" and it give you complete control over your fuel / air and ignition timing. matt the hondata should only be purchased, installed, and tuned by a experienced professional. don't skimp on the tuning, that is what will make or brake your car. the hondata is the best thing on the market for your runof the mill honda, making up to 500 hp atw. if you know that you will be closte to that hp mark or over you might look into a standalone that is alittle more involved, but it is not nessecary.

thank you turbo, i have been in this sport for close to 10 years and doing this as a business for just over 6 years, i like to see people educated to what is going on, it makes my job easier, i just want people to have fast cars!!!!!! it is not always about the $$$ haha

yea me two i was into cars since i was 8 and im turing 18 now so i have quite a bit of knowledge but i also like to help other out so that they can get the most out of their car also..
