I create a set of wheels for a 1/24 model with a set of 1/18 chrome wheels (originally on a Maisto Pt Cruiser).

looks pretty good... i used 1/24 wheels from a dub city model on my model... looked like 28"s lol

looks to be 24's or 26's I'm not a rim expert, but they look good under an aristo.

look nice ! are the ruber are also from the 1/18 pt cruiser? the rims are HUGE!!!!!!!

The tyres are streched 1/24 Pegasus (then it looks like an extra low profile tyre).
