A/C Heat Problem

Sometimes when I turn my air from defrost to feet or from upper vents to mix or any other random change, the air flow will not change, to get it to change I have to rev my motor up and then it switches over, any guess as to whats going on here? Any help would be appreciated. :naughty:

it sounds like its a vacuum problem check vacuum lines
