subaru vs ford truck?

something about driving a subaru station wagon with mo visible body mods and stock wheels makes everyone think youre slow (:devil: :angel: :evillaugh ) well anyway this ford f150 had heard i was beating a bunch of the v8 trucks in town so he challenged me and we went out and i took him by i swear i am not exaggerating like an 1/8 mile it was so bad i just shifted to 5th and cruised through the finish like normal and was still that far ahead. what the hell was that guy thinking racing me in his rusty ass farm truck? definately not the victory im most proud of but funny as hell. maybe u had to be there...

Well, being an alabamian I know how you feel about rusty ole farm trucks, and big ole monster trucks and all this crap thinking they are fast...way to win one for the good guys :bandit:

People w/trucks are hilarious!!! somehow they seem to forget, if they ever knew, that their vehicle is geared for low end tourqe, i.e. pulling things, not accelaration. Thats why some trucks can be beaten by cars:D

i had another truck race tonight, a mid 80's chevy, this guy had a k and n filter headers open exhaust aftermarket wheels and tires and a new rear end with new gears, as opposed to my intake and exhaust nothing else, he actually gave me a good run we raced twice and he was right on my back bumper both times. oh did i mention he was alone and i was lugging 2 passengers weighing 200+ and myself?
