Newbie to the World of GSR

So I was lucky enough to get a hold of a 2000 GSR, now at 52,000 miles, with a 01 Racing CAI on it. I am somewhat familiar with honda tuning and such, but my experience comes from a SOHC d16 and d15 v-tec-E civic(s).

Questions: general maintainance: oil? what's the best call on oil? I've used mobile1 semi for the 2 oil changes I've had it for. I don't do it myself, live in an apartment, and my options are limited for oil change places that are reputable and inexpensive. Opinions? (I D-R-I-V-E that car too, I am no stranger to 7,500-8,000 RPMs.) Lotta daily driving in Baltimore/DC/Annapolis area, crazy city trafic, lotsa 0-60.

parts: I've got my budget set and under control and I'm squirleling away a few bucks a month for some mods. I just put on the CAI over the break. Are good performance parts for civics transferable to the GSR? Eiback prokit, tokico blues, and APEXi exhaust (catback) are my plans. Im not interested in preference to brands n such, just aplication to the GSR. (basically, I just need some reassurance that the GSR is comparable for performance parts that are good on civics as well)
