Climate Control Question

Hi,
I have a 1992 240SX SE Fastback (beautiful car, only 46000miles on it :D) and I just recently starting having a problem with the heater controls. I put it on defrost yesterday to clear my windows and now it wont go back to blowing through the regular heater vents. The lights in the thermostat and airflow buttons aren't lighting up now so it is pretty much stuck on defrost. I mean the blower is working, the heat is coming out, its only coming out of the "defrost" ventes up by the windsheild. When i press the button to switch to the other vents, nothing happens. Usually their would be a sound of it switching over, and now there isn't? I've checked the connections on the back of the heater controls. Those are all connected. I've looked for the connections to the motor to change the direction of airflow also (to blow through the different vents; the defrost, face, face and feet, etc etc). I'm guessing that there isn't power getting to the controls. I'm going to probably check the wires tomorrow for power. Anybody else have this problem before? Do I have a problem with a fuse? or did my heater just die?
All help will be appreciated....Thanks!
