Motorvac Cleaning Question

Hi, again
A friend of mine told me when you reach at least a 100,000 kms that you will need a motorvac cleaning. He said that it costs a $100.00 and it's well worth it because he said you get better performance and fuel mileage. He said that this machine cleans out your manifold, your fuel injectors, etc... everything. Should I go ahead and do it or is it a waste of money? My cav has a 141,000 kms on it. Are there less expensive ways to do it? Has anyone else done a motorvac cleaning?
Thanks,
Rokhill

The motorvac system is pretty good, I have also used a fuel/intake cleaning system put out by 3M, and it is good also, but it is not any cheaper. I would recommend either cleaning system. A good fuel/intake clean is going to run around a $100.00 any way you look at it.
