well, first thing, check to make sure your battery is charged, and it is a heavy duty battery, it also depends on what you concider cold, in very cold instances, the charge in the battery can be half its advertized rating, meaning it will crank slow, and may not fire the plugs. also, check your spark plug gap and make sure its to the factory spec. and most important, make sure you have spark, but if it runs in the warm weather, then i dont think thats the problem, my best guess would be the battery, unless its water, in which case the best think i know of to do, which may not be the best course of action, is to drain the tank, throw in some dry gas additive, and a full tank from a high quality gas station, i use texaco or ammco.

Still nothin has worked....had to stand out in the cold and rain tonight and pull all the plugs and dry them.....def. gas is wettin them down....it seems if i crank it and it tries to start then the plugs get wet and it wont start.....but if it doesnt try to start the first time then it starts the second time.......??

Try having your car jumped. If that works the first time, then it's your battery. Your plugs being wet with gas is caused by fuel not igniting and your just dumping gas in there. If the jump doesn't work then your running way way way to rich, and your flooding your motor. Kinda wierd with multi point injection, but could happen. Check your fuel pressure regulator, injectors, intake, hell your whole induction and fuel systems.
