I have a 2003 VUe and I've noticed that when I have the air recirculate on at 65 MPH there's a noticible whistle in the cabin. Anyone else experience this?

Hey there,
I have the same whisle as well. I am pretty sure it is a bad
seal between the rubber. I am checking out my VUE tomorrow
on it to find out. I may also get some Dynamat and sound deaden
the entire thing for about $150. Again the Dynamat will probrably
go to the doors rear hatch and some Xtreme stuff for the hood.
If you try this I would suggest taking off the polymer panels first
since they should be easy to get off. I may though try some
regular carpet foam padding with a thick plastic seal for protection.
I will have to see I guess.
