is it nos?

Today I was going to my car which was parked in the school lot. As I was going to my car, a silver eclipse drove by. I had my sight on it. Then it ejected this whistle type, sort of noise. It sounds like the noise that rollercoasters make when they take off or when they are brought to a stop.

I'm thinking its nos, what else could it be?

turbo, that whistle is usually what blow off valves make. pshhhh

and to add to that, what idiot would shoot nos in a parking lot, i should take that back since there are a lot of idiots in my high school. theres this guy thats running nos in a stock MX-6. i cant wait til his engine goes bye bye. and another thing, its so funny, cause my school is mostly truckers. everyone marvels at this black civic, lowered intake exhaust with a big Spoon sticker on his hood, while you can see a coat of the hood coming off :hehehe: what morons :finger:

anyways, I was to lazy to go find out what it really was, so I posted here. I am more into cosmetics than performance. on a 1-10 scale if performance and cosmetics were to share the numbers, cosmetics - 9, performance - 1 :ylsuper:

You shouldn't want that noise unless you have a turbo. People would think you do, race you, whoop that a$$, and then you would be ricin. Just get a turbo.

I can answer that for you. NO because the blow off valves require great pressure to make them go off. The non-turbo engine doesn't have enough force to drive those puppies to go off.

In Japan there is some product on the market that will make that sound . . . it's a tiny computer thingy with a horn . . . all electronics.

It sells for the equivalent of about $2000 US if I remember correctly . . . but for the price, I'd seriously advise against it . . . If I remember, I'll post specifics here later . . .

There's also another product that'll shoot flames out of your tailpipes for you . . .
