sr20det question

hey i have a question reguarding the stock internals of the sr20det black top, i've read the FAQ but i didnt find anything and i tryed the forum search but also didnt come up w/ anything (i could have just missed it or typing in the wrong search key words) anyhow, i was wondering how much hp can the stock internals hold? For example on sr20det w/ only an upgraded intercooler, will it be able to hold about 300-400hp (on stock internals)?

If no what do i need to upgrade in order to make it possible for me to trade my dinky t25 for something along the lines of a hybrid t3/t4?
