Hello,
First off, thanks to anyone that can help me with this. I bought a 95 Taurus Wagon with keyless entry- I have the keypad and was told that it at one time had the remotes. So I bought the correct fob and the Factory Ford instructions to do this. I understand everything but that part about the "PINS" I have read that I can use a coat hanger, but what do I connect with the "coat hanger/wire" and MORE IMPORTANTLY WHERE CAN I FIND THESE PINS that everyone is talking about??? I was also wondering if someone knows how to find the codes to get into the car via keypad? If any one can help if would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for everyones time and efforts.
Sincerely Yours,
Ryan Kelly

P.S.- anyone think I can put a Taurus 3.0 into a Ford Contour (4cyl- just wonderin) Thanks again

The key pad code on the sedan is located on the underside of the trunk lid. It may be on the tailgate of the wagon but I do not know for sure. If you have the owners manual, I will tell you the location of the code.

Thanks for responding. I don't have the owners Manual. I was told that it was in the back laft pannel. Should I take the whole thing off? I a little nervous to mess around with the car, but if it will get this done then I will do whatever is necessary- BUT I refuse to go to the dealer and get this done for $120- its just NOT necessary. Let me know what you think about me takin off the pannel. Also I was told that the code for the door would be on the rear hatch somewhere- I searched every inch and I didn't find it (I think at one time the rear hatch was replaced or someting- but its a piece of paper- probably wore off!) Let me know- once again thankyou for your time and efforts and any help is appreciated!
Sincerely Yours,
Ryan

Accordong to the '95 owners manual, "the code is taped to the computer module in the luggage compartment for the sedan, or under the carpet, just to the back right of the spare tire wheel well, on the wagon"

Hope this helps,
Mark

These instructions will work on Taurus models, 93 - 95:

Turn ignition to RUN or ACC. Momentarily jump pins in programming connector located in LR quarter panel area. All doors will lock then unlock to confirm programming mode. Press any button on 1st transmitter. Door locks will cycle to confirm programming. Press any button on 2nd transmitter (up to 4 transmitters total possible). Turn ignition to OFF. Locks will again cycle to indicate end of programming mode.

These instructions will work on Taurus models 96 - 97:

Cycle ignition from OFF to RUN 5 times within 10 seconds, ending in RUN.

I have these remotes available in my Ebay store.

95 Wagon, rear wheel well on the right hand side there are two pieces of velcro holding down the top carpet, lift this up and you should see your 5 diget code on a white sticker...

Hope this helps

Robert
