Electronic Flashers?

Just found out about these, they make your turn signals flash 2x-4x faster and conserve the life of your flasher bulbs but I cant seem to find any for the 2001 Mercury Cougar. Anyone know where I could find a company that manufacturers these?

OK, These would be illegal. Your turn signals have to flash between 60 and 120 times per minute if i recall properly. this is because your lights cannot activate that fast unless you have LED's
