turbo an automatic gt-s?

I have a 93 gt-s and would like to turbo it in any way but its an automatic and am not sure how much of a problem that would be. What would be the best thing to do?

I would like to change it to a manual but how much would it cost? But if it is too expensive would i be able to keep the auto.

5spd conversion is atleast $1000

you could most definately turbo the car. the longer gears of an auto tranny and WOT even when shifting keeps the power going on a turbo car.
