get the serial number from the radio
and call up different dealers and ask for the code.
some will want to charge you, some dont. you may get lucky

Do what FourG said, but make sure you dont pay. I had to do the same thing and the first 3 dealers said it would be $70 or that they had to take it out themselves??? Then the next one i called they gave it to me for free!!!

If you take the screws off the side off the radio, you will be able to pull it out, you only need to pull it out about a quater of the way out and then it is on top of the radio.

Are these stock cd players that you guys are talking about? The second I got mine, a new cd player went in.

I don't know why you're all about gettin the serial number. If the system is locked, simply remove, then reconnect the battery cable, and it will reset and allow you to put in the code. Your code should be written on a card inside your owners manual. there are two cards, leave one in the car, put the other somewhere you'll remember it in case it happens again.

Hi,
I sell this unlock code a lot cheaper than anyone else, including the dealers. I sell them for GM, Saturn, Buick, Pontiac, Geo, Chevy (Chevrolet), Oldsmobile, GMC, and many other makes. Take a look at these pages...

justin ur pages dont work for one and two the dealerships will give them to you for free...if you guys cant find a dealership call the mitsu in wayzata Minnesota I know they will give it to u. But I would just go buy an aftermarket deck...just my 2 cents.
Good Luck

the same thing happend to me . just pull that thing around your stereo and the # is on the top left corner. no need of pulling out the radio or so. dealer would give it to u for free. also they are going to tell u that there is three numbers mutching the serial for your system. u are goin to figure out whitch one is the right for your car...

p.s. for the justin guy - dont try to make extra money on the wrong place...
