Happy Holidays to all!

OK, I haven't been here in a while, busy with preperatory school applications. But I'd like to say, Happy Holidays to all. Thanksgiving is near, and Christmas, Hanakkah etc. aren't that far away. Regardless if you flame me at everypost, or if I hate you, I'd still like to say Happy holidays. It ain't a mask people, it's whats in my good heart.

I sincerely wish the best for all of you here on your holidays.

I generally say "happy holiday's" but not this year, and here's why: Everyone I see getting things never really takes into consideration what it is they are getting, how lucky they are to be recieving it, how lucky they are to have someone who cares, and how lucky they are to have a warm place to stay. On the other side of this there are those who arent as fortunate, who are stuck on the streets, left to bear the cold and not knowing where their next meal will come from while people pass them by, lost in their own worlds, thinking only of what they have been given, and often never thinking that maybe they could be so much worse. Sorry if that seems drab, I just think "happy holiday's" is often an oxy-moron as not every family enjoys the picturesque depictions seen on TV and in ads. Bah Humbug.

BTW- I have never wanted to rebel against Chrissy- time off and presents outwiegh any moral degrading of what (For me) is a somewhat important religious holiday (Meaning of this is lost on WEstern Society though)
