2000 lowered cavy with problems

I took off the crappy coilovers I had on and the blown kyb's. I put on Spring Tech struts and sprint lowering springs. The setup rides great and everything was tightened down with air guns. I am getting a hitting sound everytime I hit a bump. It's not bottoming out cuz I have the bump stops cut and on. And they aren't extending all the way out because I'd feel a pretty bumpy ride and its smooth. Not sure what the sound is. When I put them on I didn't have to compress them with the tool, I pushed them up by hand and that gave enough up through to get the nut started. Somebody help, I'm not sure and severly aggrivated. I had the same problem when I put the coilover on. Thanks.

i have a lowered cavi and i get the same problem personally i don't think it's anything to worry about i've heard stock cavi's do the same thing
