i have a fpr. unplug ur battery take out the old one, and then hook up the new one. i do not know how to adjust it though. sorry, i just dont need to adjust mine just yet-because of what i have done to my motor. before u start the car, plug the battery back in. just turn the key just before the car starts, this is to check for oil leakage. or u can unplug all of the spark plugs to get the oil moving-you can try to start the car this way(it wont start). both of these ways will get the oil moving so u can check for leakage.

Care to explain why he would be looking for oil? I know you prob meant fuel. Yeah but he is right, there are 2 10m bolts holding it to the rail. Off with the old and on with new. Some kinds (like B&M) must utilize the stock regualtor.

Unscrew the main feed line off the fuel filter first, along with your gas cap, to relieve pressure in the system. This will make it so fuel doesn't spill all over the place. Take off the old fpr after that, then put the new one on. Hopefully your new one came with a new O-ring to go in between the fpr and rail. If not, no big deal really... I guess you can reuse the old one.
