How ?

I don't mean to double post the same topic but i just couldn't find it. I guess i'm search illiterate. well i just really wanted to know , How in gods name do you shift if the new BMW 7 series ???!!!! i don't see a stick or anything that shifts to drive. thanks

if you want go in R, then you move the shifter up, then move it down for N, then D.
Press the button for P
everything is controlled electronically.
