Stock 2.2L cavalier hp/torque

What is the whp/torque of a 2.2 cavalier roughly?

depends on the year. for instance my old 94 cav had about 110hp. my new 04 cav has 140hp and about 150ft lbs of torque.

uhh yeah, first gen cavy 91-94, second gen 95-99 & 2k+ models pretty much the same 2200 SFI L4 is 115hp@5000rpm and 135ft-lb trq@3600rpm, but the 2200 Ecotec L4 has 140hp@5600rpm and 150ft-lb trq@4000rpm

you got it all wrong the Ecotec engine isnt a 2200. its a 2.2l L61 not a 2200 its a big difference between them. ecotec is a dohc and the 2200 is a ohv. want more info go here http://www.ny-jbodies.org/forum/library.asp
