easy to install keyless entry system?

Hi guys,

I have a 1998 ford explorer sport and would like to get keyless entry. I have noticed that they're not that expensive, but I have no idea how to install such a system. Is it hard? Are there systems that may be easier for me to install? I'd like to do it myself and learn a bit.

Let me know if this is possible for somewhat of a noob to do this. Thanks!

I've installed a few of them in the past. They aren't too hard to install. You just have to know about automotive wiring and make sure you have the diagrams for the vechicle you are installing it on.
