question on va state laws????

hey i was wondering if anyone knows where to find the website or any other affiliated sites for local state inspection as well as, hmmm............, geez i guess anything that would deal with what i can and can't do to my car so that when i go to get it inspected next month i dont have to worry if it'll pass
