Sunroof rattle

O.K. here's the problem:

Due to the obnoxiously loud system system in my car, I have notice that my sunroof is starting to rattle. I have had the system for a year and about a week ago, I noticed the rattle. It only rattles when it is closed, but if it is cracked or open, it doesn't rattle. The fact that I live in Connecticut and don't have the luxury of Florida or California weather makes me leave it closed for about half of the year. This is that time of the year too.:1zhelp:

Assmuming that it is a 2g sunroof, Most of the time it is just the glass that is loose. There are 3 (?) torx screws on each side of the glass, on the metal supports used to bolt it to the sunroof frame. Tighten these up, and it should be better. In fact, if, with the sunroof closed, you can push up on the glass and it moves up and down slightly, this is almost certainly it. If not, you'll have to look deeper into the assmebly, but its unlikely.
